キャンセルポリシー

到着日の7日前の前日までは、無料でキャンセルできます。到着日の7日前以降にキャンセルした場合、宿泊料金の100%がキャンセル料として請求されます。ノーショー（無断不泊）の場合、宿泊料金の100%が請求されます。

cancellation policy

You can cancel free of charge up to 7 days before your arrival date. A cancellation fee of 100% of the room rate will be charged if canceled within 7 days before the arrival date. In case of no show, 100% of the room rate will be charged.
